I was born and raised in Southeast Michigan and I have spent my entire life here, which makes me especially sensitive to the challenges the people of our area face every day.
I always knew I was going to be a lawyer and to help people in their time of need. I graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in legal studies. I then obtained my Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2008. I went on to work at various firms in the area, always concentrating my experience in the areas of family and criminal law. My philosophy is that my clients come first. I approach all of my cases looking for the best solution for each individual. I like to work together with my clients as a team to solve problems, find solutions and to reach their goals.
